Our Account Managers provide the following services:

Assess your wants and/or needs
Educate you about possible products that meet your wants and/or needs
Identify potential "pitfalls" in performance or aesthetics of products you may want
Recommend/specify products
Perform and/or review field measurements and prepare accurate materials quantity list
Perform and/or review field inspections for scope of work and determining labor costs
Perform and/or review take-offs from blue prints
Prepare job estimate based on above information
Proceed with sale upon your approval of job estimate/proposal
Receive down payment or prepare necessary credit/financing arrangements
Order and receive all materials necessary for project
Schedule necessary manpower to meet project time lines
Make job site visits during installation to insure work being performed meets and/or
        exceeds industry standards and to insure your approval
Follow-up after completion of all work or delivery of material to insure your satisfaction
Collect balance due from invoice or contract

Although your account manager may not personally perform all the functions noted above,
you can be assured everyone involved is committed to your satisfaction. If you ever have a
concern, your account manager is there ready to help.
